Refund policy

1. Legal Compliance
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and for essential health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once their sealed packages have been opened.

2. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

The shipping flyer (external courier packaging) is unopened.

The product remains in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

All original tags (brand and price) are still attached.

The product is in its original packaging.
Once the shipping flyer is opened, the return or exchange will no longer be accepted — unless the received item is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

The courier will contact you within 5 working days to collect the item.

The product will undergo a quality inspection upon return.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes inspection and the reason for return is validated by our support team.

A shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
5. Refund Methods

Card Payments (Visa/MasterCard): Refunded to the same card within 14 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via InstaPay or Cash Wallet within 14 working days.
6. Important Notes

Availability of exchange items cannot be guaranteed until the returned product passes inspection.

If we cannot reach you within 3 working days (by phone or SMS), your request will be cancelled.

Refunds for promotional orders will be processed at the discounted price paid, not the original price.

Please do not open the courier packaging and request a return directly from the delivery representative.
