Shipping policy
- Eve Chantelle offers free shipping on any orders made in Cairo above LE1200. For orders below LE1200, please refer to the table below for more information about shipping fees for various governorates.
- Once you place your order, a courier will contact you within 5 - 7 business days* to arrange a time for delivery.
- Please bear in mind that your orders may take longer than usual on specific occasions; such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.
- It is NOT possible for you to return an open package to the courier. Please refer to the Returns Policy page to learn more.
- If under any circumstances you do not receive your package within the specified time period, feel free to get in contact with our customer support team on our page on Facebook, Instagram or directly contact us on WhatsApp.
*If the order is made outside of Cairo or Alexandria, delivery will take up to 7 - 10 business days.
