It is not possible to open the package that contains your new order and return it on the spot with the courier. If you face a problem, please follow our Return policy below.

  • Eve Chantelle ensures a great shopping experience through its customer-friendly returns & exchanges policies.
  •  14 Days Returns/Exchange: As a Eve Chantelle customer, you have the right to return or exchange your purchased product within 14 days from receiving your order. If the package isn’t opened 
  • Any returned or item to be exchanged must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box  and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return/exchange.
  • Exchanges are free of charge, Refunds will be charged a shipping fee for deductible from the refunded amount. .
  • Once the returned item passes inspection, a customer support agent will get in touch with you to validate the reason for returning the item.  
  • In case of exchange, Eve Chantelle cannot guarantee the availability of your desired item until the returned product passes inspection.

If we are not able to reach you by phone or on SMS, you request for a return/exchange will be cancelled 3 days from the first attempt.

  • Any refund given will be at the price you paid.  During promotions, the refund will be limited to the promotional price paid.

Non-returnable Products: 

According to our returns & exchanges policy, the below products cannot be returned or refunded  to ensure the safety of Eve Chantelle  customers:

  • Items used, ironed, worn, washed, shortened, damaged or not in their original condition.
  • Items whose brand tag or price tag has been removed .
  • Lingerie, underwear, and socks.
  • No returns will be allowed after 14 days from date of delivery of the order.
